I'm from the small town of Spanish Fork, Utah.
I graduated from Brigham Young University.
I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints and it means everything to me.
I served an LDS mission in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.
I have two younger siblings.
One sister and one brother.
I married the most perfect person for me.
We were in married in San Diego and I dream about the day I get to go back.
I believe that lip stick can solve any bad day.
I believe that exercise helps keep the doctor away.
Writing down your thoughts is some of the best medicine out there.
Pink and Gold are my favorite colors.
Running, yoga, hiking, HIGH fitness and shopping are some of my favorite activities.
